Miss Corie's recommended dress and shoes for each class

Pre-Dance/Preschool Dance (ages 3-5)
  • Attire: Anything goes! Leotard of any style or color & optional skirt or a Dance Dress
  • Tights: Capezio tights in Ballet Pink
  • Shoes: Leather Ballet Slipper
Combo Class (Age 5-8) 
  • Attire: Mirella Leotard of any style or color & optional skirt, shorts, or legging
  • Tights: Capezio tights in Ballet Pink or Tan
  • Shoes: Leather Ballet Slipper & Tap Shoes, either 


Pre-Ballet (ages 5-7)
  • Attire: Mirella Leotard of any style in pink & optional skirt
  • Tights: Capezio tights in Ballet Pink
  • Shoe: Leather Ballet Slipper 
Ballet Program (8 and up) 
  • Tights: Capezio convertible tights in Ballet Pink
  • Shoe: Canvas Ballet Slippers
  • Attire: 
    • Level 2/3: Mirella Cami or Cap Sleeve Leo in Lilac
    • Level 3: Mirella Cami or Cap Sleeve Leo in Light Blue
    • Level 4 and up: 'Alexis' leotard in any color + optional black wrap skirt

*Corrie does ask that all the dancers in the Ballet Program wear leos for class, regardless of style, unless otherwise agreed upon with your instructor. 

Comp Team, Jazz, Tap Acro, & Lyrical 
  • Attire: Leotard or fitted top in a solid color; paired with shorts or leggings. Cropped tops are recommended to be paired with high wasted pants or shorts.  
  • Tights: convertible tights in Light Suntan meets requirements for all classes. Other options based on class are as follows. 
    • Team, Jazz, Acro: convertible
    • Lyrical: convertible, footless, or stirrup
    • Tap: convertible or footed
  • Shoes
    • Jazz & Team: Tan Jazz shoe or Canvas Pirouette for Comp Team & Jazz.
    • Acro & Lyrical: Canvas Pirouette or barefoot
    • Tap: Oxford style tap shoe, either leather or non-leather
